For years, I kept silent, fearing judgement and hiding my true self to fit into a world that didn’t feel like my own. But as time passed, I realised that people-pleasing and dimming my light were only holding me back. Slowly, I found my inner strength, grew a thicker skin, and learned to use my voice, a voice that felt like home.
With each small step, my confidence blossomed, transforming not only my life but every relationship and experience along the way.
As an Alchemist of Light, I work with the energetic frequency of Sentaura to help others find their voice, break free from emotional limitations, and embrace a life of authenticity and inner peace.
I have guided dozens of women through challenges in relationships and within themselves, helping them let go of what no longer serves them and step into their highest potential.
Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, grounding me in love and resilience every single day. As a mother of four, I know the journey of self-discovery doesn’t happen in isolation; it intertwines with those we love and grows alongside them.

I just had the most beautiful session with this beautiful 😍 woman. The peace I feel in my heart and the awareness that I am on the right path, has not only made me feel empowered but gave me a sense of knowing. Knowing I'm in a really great place.
I absolutely loved my session with Jo. She was very calming for me. I felt very comfortable. I couldn’t get the zoom to load and she was very accommodating. She even observed the cat that I’m looking after being very loving towards me before getting into session. I felt very loved by the universe today.
Jo was attuned, receptive and warm from the start. She took time to build rapport and gauge where I’m at emotionally and energetically. This allowed me to show up just as I was, and Jo met me where I was at. Once the energetic connection was made, what came up was serendipitous and uncanny. Jo is very good at what she does. By the end of the session I felt healed just that little bit more.
Jo was attuned and in tune with me the whole session. The things she picked up that needed shifting were accurate and true.
I could physically feel the energetic shifts when she was working on me. My body responded really well to her as she had a safe, calm and loving energy about her.
I honestly felt so weird at first because it was hard to believe that some of my trauma was holding discomfort in my body. And then all of a sudden it just went away. I felt relieved and the next day I just felt so much lighter. I had a new mind. A new set of eyes to see the world and my life. Crazy!
